What is your pricing?

Pricing varies depending on type of work and the length of the job. Some jobs are done for a set price, others on an hourly rate.

First hour – £35
Thereafter – £12.50 for every half hour
Half day (3.5 Hours) – £85
Full day (7 hours) – £160

Prices based on labour only.

How can I pay?

Currently we accept cash, cheques (made payable to Tom Secher) or online payment.

We don’t currently use a card payment machine but are looking into it.

What are your working hours?

Monday- Saturday 8.00-20.00

We aim to provide a convenient service so if the best time to do the job falls outside of these hours then we will try and work around you.

What services do you provide?

Gardening – lawns, hedge cutting, maintenance or bigger projects.

Handyman – plumbing, tiling, carpentry, painting and decorating.

Property Maintenance – we work with landlords, letting agents and estate managers to keep buildings maintained.

What areas are covered?

Leamington, Rugby, Warwick, Kenilworth, Coventry and all villages in between.

What if I can’t complete the job?

If we are unable to do the job we will organise with one of our trading partners to complete the job.

Are you insured?

We are insured up to £2 million public liability.

What if I am unhappy with the work?

If you are unhappy with the work we will listen to your feedback and do everything we can to make it right.

What do do about waste disposal?

We can take away green waste. For any builder’s waste a skip will have to be organised. We are happy to organise this

Are you DBS checked?

All staff have DBS checks when they begin working for us and further checks are carried out yearly.
